Plutonic 130-MW Upper Toba Valley hydro plan gets B.C. environment OK

VANCOUVER – Plutonic Power Corp. has received B.C. Environmental Assessment Office approval of a 130-megawatt hydroelectric development in the Upper Toba Valley.
